How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically 3 - 6 Business days.  However, due to COVID backlogs, expect delays on some items.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use all the major carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL.   As well as major International carriers including DHL International, Australia Post and Canada Post

How Can I track my Order?

Once we receive the tracking number from our Warehouse, you will be notified of the tracking number.   You can then track your number here at our Track Your Order page at any time.

Where is my Package?

Your tracking number will be generated once your package is in transit from our Warehouse.  Once you have your tracking number, you can track your order here at any time.  If you are still experiencing concern please  contact us we are happy to help

What are the Shipping Rates?

All of our Products are shipped from the United States from one of our warehouses.  We use all major carriers. Including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx. We are currently offering Free Shipping within the US (usually over $75 for free shipping) 

Our All Saddle shipping rates are $99.85 within the US.

Bareback Pads are $49.95

Orders INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING we use major carriers. International Shipping is a flat rate up to 3lbs.   Please contact us for oversized and items heavier than 3lbs.

Canada - 6 - 12 Business Days Flat Rate up to 3lbs $36.95

UK - 6 - 12 Business Days Flat Rate up to 3lbs $38.95

Australia - 6 - 12 Business Days Flat Rate up to 3lbs $39.75

We are located in the United States.   We ship nationally within the US, as well as Canada, Australia, UK and Europe

How can I change my order after it's been placed?

As long as your product is not already in transit, we can cancel or change your order for you.   Please contact us with any questions.   We are happy to help

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

We care about your peace of mind while shopping with us.  If you wish to return an item to us, we are happy to issue a refund, as long as it's within 30 days of being purchased.  We will provide a return label for you.   There will be a shipping and handling fee of $15.00 that will be deducted from your refund amount.   If you choose to use store credit, the $15.00 fee will be waived.   

ONLY Exception to return shipping fee is for returning saddles.   For returned saddles there will be a $100 shipping and handling fee deducted from your refund. Saddles must be returned as soon as possible or 30 days at the latest.   Saddles must be in "new" condition, the same as you received it.  

Maxflex Saddles have a 1 week free trial period.   Any additional week of trial will be at $100 per week.   Return for Maxflex saddles is 30 days.  A charge of $100 handling fee, plus 3 extra weeks at $100 per week equals $400 deducted from your refund.  However, saddles must be in "new" condition, the same as you received it.

Our website is PCI compliant.  PCI Compliance is an ongoing process that aids in preventing security breaches and payment card data theft in the present and in the future; PCI compliance means we are contributing to a global payment card data security solution.   Our website is further safeguarded by SSI lock. 

I couldn't find what I was looking for?

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are sorry this happened.  Please Contact Us right away.   We will assist you with having the item returned to us and replacement or store credit or refund sent to you.   Please send us pictures of the damaged product.
