During these challenging times, taking care of the health of our co-workers, customers and community, is important to us

At Zen Horse Saddlery we are taking care of both the community and our employees.  All Zen Horse Saddlery our warehouse employees are provided with health insurance, and every employee is being paid their full salary during this time.

All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders.

In addition, COVID 19 has caused a backlog and delay of products coming into the US.   This means a lot of our stock is on backorder.   We have a Notify When Available button on the product listing.   Click this and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

During this time, we have also extended our Return and Refund policy from 30 days to 90 days.
