We care about your peace of mind as one of our customers, while you're shopping with us.  We want Refunds and Returns to be an easy process for you.
Want to return the item to us? 
We are happy to issue you a refund, as long as it's within 30 days of your purchase. 

BUYER pays for return shipping cost.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization number.   EXCEPTION is item arrives damaged.   If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away.
Non-Defective merchandise can be returned for up to 30 days.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
RETURN Policy for Saddles
  • Saddles can be returned for Fitting issues, if they have not touched the horse.  Saddles can be fitted over a sheet, to keep them in new condition.
  • Customer pays for saddles returned for fit.
  • If you Saddle arrives damaged - please contact us right away
All sales are final on all of our Bates and Wintec Saddles.
